Case Study

Market Assessment & Feasibility of Land Monetisation for State Federation

Primus Partners supported one of the State Federation in monetizing their land parcel to increase revenue generation, employment generation, promotion of startups etc. Primus conducted market assessment & stakeholder consultation with potential investors, and accordingly submitted feasibility report with various PPP models.

PMU at a State Housing Department

Primus is working with a State Housing Dept. in driving a flagship scheme "PMAY (Urban)". The team is coordinating with more than 350 ULBs from sanctioning houses to implementation of the same on ground. The activities include monitoring geotagging, fund UCs, DBT Transfer, MIS etc. The team has also drafted state-level Housing policies.

Rental Housing Scheme Implementation

Primus is working with the Housing Board in implementing the Affordable Rental Housing Scheme (ARHS). The activities include Feasibility Study of ARHS in the city, preparing EOI for selection of concessioner, setting up SoPs, drafting MoUs, etc. Preparing SRD document for "Rental Housing Portal" for end-to-end automation of the process.
