With the new emphasis on and shift to virtual mediums of education, the webinar covered the primary concerns with reintegrating technology in education creating a learning experience using the digital medium. The session centered around the balance required between teacher led content and methods and independent learning driven by student enquiry, online and offline approaches, and a very delicate balance – that of the digital divide and how the process of ‘digitalisation’ has to go beyond just ‘digitisation’.
