28-03-2025
Nikhil Dhaka, Vice President, Primus Partners, shares his insights on Nissan’s growth strategy in India. He highlights that while the upcoming SUV could be a game-changer in the mid-size segment, competing with Hyundai Creta and Kia Seltos, the MPV presents an opportunity to tap into a less competitive space. With limited strong contenders beyond the Maruti Suzuki Ertiga and Toyota Innova, a well-priced MPV could attract families and fleet buyers. While the SUV is expected to drive volumes, the MPV could add stability, reducing Nissan’s dependence on a single model for success.
