He explained that such a passport serves as a digital ID for EV batteries, detailing their health, performance, and manufacturing history. Drawing from European pilot projects, He highlighted that standardized documentation can boost confidence in battery resale value, reduce valuation disputes, and support fair pricing in the used EV market.
