Devroop Dhar, India CEO & Co-founder, Primus Partners, highlighted that CG Power's joint venture could face short-term challenges due to Renesas's financial troubles. Since Renesas plays a key role in technology and demand, unlike STMicroelectronics which only offers assembly and testing support, any prolonged issues at Renesas may force CG Power to reassess its plant operations.
