These include persistent challenges in aircraft maintenance, flight delays, and crew shortages. She also mentions that despite Air India Engineering Services Ltd. (AIESL) having certified maintenance facilities, its continued operation as a separate public sector entity has led to coordination challenges and slower turnaround times—further exacerbating existing issues within the airline.
