Previously, Malhotra was the President at Jubilant Enpro Pvt. Ltd., leading the Aerospace Division and driving business expansion through marketing, support, and business development. He has also been a Director at Forum One Aviation since 2005, contributing to the aviation industry with deep sectoral insights. A recognized leader in aviation policy and regulatory governance, he was a Member of the National Steering Committee on Civil Aviation and Defence at the Confederation of Indian Industries (CII), where he played a key role in raising industry concerns with the government.
