Arun is a Managing Director at Primus Partners and shall lead the Digital Transformation engagements for southern territories in India. He brings in over two decades of experience in Digital Transformation across the Public and Private sector domains, leveraging deep-tech solutions for various Government clients such as Civil Supplies, Urban, Police, Telecom, Dairy, Textiles, Healthcare, Education, Employment, Water, Registration, Revenue, etc.

In the past two decades he has successfully led 150+ marquee federal transformations, servicing clients across the globe, which include the Kingdom of Bahrain, Sultanate of Oman, Japan, Sri Lanka & India amongst others. He has extensively managed marquee multi-lateral donor agencies such as ADB, World Bank, KFW, JICA and AFD to name a few. He has successfully mentored and aided numerous members of his team into their leadership pathways. He has also been instrumental in building Governance-Tech consulting businesses in the south Indian territory for two of the Big4 consulting firms.

Some of Arun’s engagements services have been uniquely recognised, for example the Honourable Prime Minister’s award for Digital Governance (2017) and Honourable Chief Minister’s award for best Government-Citizen Social Impact in 2012 and 2022.

Arun also frequently engages in research and writing which include co-authoring a book on Big Data Analytics and publishing whitepapers on ‘Digital Public Infrastructure”. He has periodically led National conferences & panel discussions organized by prominent publishing houses such as the Economic Times, Indian Express, Corptive Research amongst others.
