CHETNA, derived from the Hindi word for ‘consciousness’, reflects Primus’ guiding framework, built on three states of consciousness:
• Jagrat Avastha represents our current awareness and performance, ensuring we remain aware to the present challenges and opportunities.
• Svapna Avastha reflects our long-term vision, driving innovative and sustainable solutions for the future.
• Shushupti Avastha, the state of deep purpose, anchors our commitment to meaningful contributions to economic, social, and environmental development.
This guiding philosophy forms the foundation of Primus’ approach, ensuring that every action aligns with our broader vision of conscious business practices. A few key highlights that the report underlines are:
a. Talent and Leadership: Our workforce strength of over 300 consultants from diverse backgrounds, guided by the strong leadership of 11 Managing Directors
b. In FY 2023-24, Primus Partners made impressive strides in both growth and expansion. The company’s workforce grew by 28.3%, while its revenues jumped by 44.8%.
c. Strategic expansion of business domestically and internationally, with new offices opening in Chennai, Dubai (UAE), Dammam (KSA), and Washington (USA), respectively.
d. Primus Partners is currently working on more than 240 projects across 18 states in India and 13 countries worldwide.
e. Adopted a five-year strategy model with 5 service lines, 14 capability solutions and operations across 13 diverse sectors.
f. Our thought leadership saw an increase of 55.4%, including reports, op-eds, editorials, and newsletters
g. We also achieved Great Place to Work, CMMi Level 5 and ISO certification, demonstrating our commitment to excellence and employee well-being
