Two-wheeler sales off to choppy start

Nikhil Dhaka, Vice President, Primus Partners, highlighted that while April usually starts slow for two-wheeler sales, upcoming festive demand, tax relief, and higher disposable income may support a recovery. He expects overall growth in FY26 to remain in single digits, shaped in part by a gradual shift toward electric vehicles, especially in urban markets driven by policy changes.
