The Government of J&K has paved the way for the Urban Real Estate Revolution through the newly introduced J&K Development Act, allowing for investors from outside J&K to invest in the UT. Towards this objective, the Ministry of Housing and Urban Affairs, Government of India, and Government of Jammu & Kashmir, in association with NAREDCO National organized the first-ever Jammu & Kashmir Real Estate Summit 2021 in Jammu on 27th December 2021.
The summit saw participation from across the country and witnessed history being made as 39 MoUs, with a value of close to INR 19,000 crores, were signed for the development of Jammu and Kashmir. NAREDCO signed three significant MoUs during the summit with Ladakh, Jammu and Kashmir Economic Growth Development Dialogue (LEAD), NAREDCO-Jammu & Kashmir Chapter, and National Association of Realtors (NAR), India among others.
Primus Partners Pvt Ltd was associated as the Knowledge Partner for the entire event. It was responsible for curating and implementing the event in discussions with MoHUA, Govt of J & K and NAREDCO.
