The Andhra Pradesh Maritime Board (APMB), successfully hosted a Stakeholder Consultation on Maritime, Logistics, and Infrastructure Development along with Primus Partners as knowledge partners under the chairmanship of Hon’ble Minister of Roads & Buildings, Infrastructure and Investment, Sri B.C. Janardhana Reddy. The event convened included distinguished government officials: Dr. N. Yuvaraj, Secretary to State, I&I Department, Shri Praveen Adhithya C.V, CEO-APMB, Dr. G Sekhar Babu IFS, CEO, APFPS and Shri Rama Sankar Naik IAS, Commissioner, Department of Fisheries; industry experts from industry leaders like DP World, Coldman Logistics, Boskalis, AllCargoLogistics and policymakers to discuss Andhra Pradesh’s evolving maritime and logistics landscape, highlighting its role as a leading trade and investment hub. The consultation served as a platform to evaluate infrastructure requirements, logistics for ports and allied industries, EXIM trade, warehousing and cold storage infrastructure, and e-commerce logistics. The deliberations aimed at identifying challenges, opportunities, and strategic interventions necessary to achieve Andhra Pradesh’s long-term vision for sustainable growth and economic leadership.
