Aarti Harbhajanka, co-founder and managing director at Primus Partners, shared her views that the post-RERA clean-up has encouraged organised players to engage more seriously with the sector. She noted that seven years ago, the top 20 developers accounted for 15 per cent of new launches, a share that has since risen to around 36 per cent.
