The government believes that India will have around 60 percent of its installed electricity generation capacity from clean and green sources by 2030. With the recent most 'Go electric' campaign and emphasis on electric-cooking, the government has expressed confidence that it would go a long way in fulfilling the main objective of Energy Transition, moving ahead on the path of ensuring a Low Carbon economy.
