02-02-2026
Pragya Priyadarshini, Managing Director, Primus Partners, highlights that this year’s budget focuses on modernizing infrastructure through high-speed and freight corridors, promoting rail and waterways over roads, and improving project bankability via the Infrastructure Risk Guarantee Fund. A ₹10,000-crore, five-year container manufacturing scheme aims to boost domestic production, reduce reliance on imports, and lower logistics costs. Together, these measures aim to create a future-ready, integrated infrastructure ecosystem, contingent on effective implementation.
