Primus Partners, in collaboration with Think Infra, released a thought paper titled “Barrierless Tolling in India: Towards Efficient, Sustainable & Innovative Infra.”Arun Moral, Managing Director, Primus Partners, shares his view that the GNSS-based tolling system will transform India’s highways by addressing congestion, increasing revenue collection by 15-20%, and reducing carbon emissions by 5 million tons annually.
