Siddhi Parakh, Sr. Consultant, Primus Partners, conducted a workshop on 19th December 2024. The workshop was designed to improve the operational efficiency of the Sugar Commissioner's Office by introducing the use of ChatGPT for various administrative tasks. Focused on practical applications, the session covered how ChatGPT can assist in translating documents, drafting official letters, and replying to Right to Information (RTI) queries. Participants were trained to utilize this AI tool for increasing productivity, reducing time spent on routine tasks, and ensuring accuracy in their work. The workshop provided hands-on experience in using AI to streamline day-to-day activities, making communication more efficient and enhancing service delivery within the department.
