The Caribbean nation sought to establish a positive digital environment to enhance its economy and improve government efficiency. We provided critical support by developing a Project Inception Report and a Digital Government Strategy. Our efforts included outlining technical requirements for information systems procurement, identifying capacity-building stages, reviewing policies for necessary reforms, and creating an online web and mobile portal to improve access to public services. These initiatives significantly enhanced access to public services and improved overall government efficiency.
