A recent report by Primus Partners, in collaboration with India SME Forum and Broadband India Forum, titled Leveraging Online Ads for India - Unpacking the Impact of Online Ads on MSMEs and Startups, examines the role of digital advertising in boosting business performance. Ramakrishnan M, Managing Director, Primus Partners, shares his view that MSMEs and startups, which contribute 30% to India’s GDP, can leverage tools like AI to drive growth, with 69% of surveyed SMBs finding these tools effective in achieving their goals. He emphasizes the importance of policy reforms and industry strategies to address challenges, foster innovation, and ensure sustained digital competitiveness.
