20-02-2026
The closing session of the India AI Impact Summit 2026, hosted by Primus Partners, tackled the reality of deploying AI within the modern enterprise. This flagship conversation brought together global experts, including Babak Hodjat (Cognizant), Anupam Chattopadhyay (NTU Singapore), Balaji Thiagarajan (Flipkart), Tanvi Singh (Ekta AI), and representatives from Submer.

The discussion moved beyond the hype, focusing on four pillars of sustainable AI:
- Future-Proof Infrastructure: Since GPU tech evolves faster than data centres can be built, the panel urged a shift toward "modular, flexibility-first" designs—treating infrastructure as a dynamic factory rather than a static building.
- Responsible by Design: Ethical governance and transparency cannot be "bolted on" later. It must be treated as a core architectural principle from day one.
- Domain Specialisation: General models are just "demos". The real value lies in embedding industry-specific logic, compliance, and cultural nuance into AI.
- Layered Orchestration: Success at scale isn't about one massive model; it’s about "layered intelligence", using large models for intent and smaller, specialised models for precision.

The session concluded that the winners in the AI era won't just have the biggest models; they will have the smartest orchestration and the deepest trust.
