Primus Partners, as the Knowledge Partner to the Government of Andhra Pradesh, led five strategic sessions at the CII Partnership Summit 2025. These sessions, chaired by Hon’ble Ministers of the State-positioned Andhra Pradesh at the forefront of India’s next phase of IT & GCC expansion, electronics manufacturing, logistics competitiveness, quantum computing advancements, and aerospace and defence innovation.

Primus Partners led the following sessions:
- Where Debate Becomes Dialogue: IT & GCCs in Tier-2 Cities in India – Breaking Barriers or Building Illusions
Moderated by Mr. Nilaya Varma, Group CEO & Co-founder, Primus Partners, and chaired by Shri Lokesh Nara, Hon’ble Minister for IT, Electronics & Communications, HRD and RTG. The session featured senior leaders, including Sridhar Venkataraman (TCS), Gaurav Hazra (Cognizant), Vikram Ahuja (ANSR), Kapil Joshi (Quess IT Staffing), Aditi Shukla (AXA XL) and Rajesh Mani (Mastercard).

- Atmanirbhar Quantum – Building India’s Indigenous Quantum Stack in Andhra Pradesh
Chaired by Shri Lokesh Nara, Minister for IT, Electronics & Communications, RTG and HRD, Government of Andhra Pradesh. The panel included experts such as Devroop Dhar (Primus Partners), Dr. JBV Reddy (National Quantum Mission / Pasqal), Dr. K.N. Satyanarayana (IIT Tirupati), Dr. Amith Singhee (IBM South Asia), Ganesh Srinivasan (Microsoft IDC), Vishal Chatrath (QuantrolOx) and Srinivasa Rao Aluri (QNu Labs). The discussion was effectively moderated by Sridhar C.V. (TCS).

- Unlocking India’s Eastward Gateway – Reducing Logistics Costs & Powering Manufacturing
Moderated by Mr. Shravan Shetty, MD, Primus Partners, and chaired by Shri B.C. Janardhan Reddy, Hon’ble Minister for Roads & Buildings, Infrastructure & Investment, Government of Andhra Pradesh. The panel featured leaders from the global and national logistics ecosystem, including M.T. Krishna Babu (GoAP), Amlan Bora (Port of Rotterdam), Rinkesh Roy (JSW Infrastructure), Vivek Sharma (APM Terminals), Sanjiv Edward (GMR Group) and Rakesh Gaonkar (Sarla Aviation).

- Andhra Pradesh: The Hub for Defence & Aerospace Design, Development & Manufacturing
Chaired by Shri T.G. Bharath, Hon’ble Minister for Industries & Commerce and Food Processing, Government of Andhra Pradesh. The panel comprised distinguished experts including Dr. S. Somanath, Advisor – AP (GoAP) & Former Chairman, ISRO; Dr. Chandrika Kaushik, Director General (PC&SI), DRDO; Mr. Jayaram Mummadi, CEO, KRAS; Mr. Sampathkumar, Executive President – Defence, HFCL Limited; Mr. Anirudh Sharma, CEO, Digantara; and Mr. Nilaya Varma, Co-Founder & Group CEO, Primus Partners. The discussion was moderated by Dr. G. Satheesh Reddy, Advisor – A&D (GoAP) & Former Chairman, DRDO.

- Open-Mic: Investor’s Perspective on Growth, Opportunity & Enablement
Chaired by Shri Lokesh Nara, Hon’ble Minister for IT, Electronics & Communications, HRD and RTG, and moderated by Shri Bhaskar Katamneni, IAS, Secretary, ITE&C Department. The session featured senior industry leaders including Mr. Jasbir S. Gujral (Syrma SGS Technologies Limited), Mr. Venkata Simhadri (ASIP Technologies), Mr. Pankaj Sharma (Dixon Technologies), Mr. Ruven Shaibel (Neolync), and Mr. Deepak Deshmukh (Hindalco Industries Limited).

Across these conversations, themes ranged from indigenous technology development, talent depth, and policy incentives to governance efficiency and the “Speed of Doing Business” that is defining Andhra Pradesh’s competitiveness.
During the Summit, a key highlight was the launch of Primus Partners’ report, “Reimagining India’s East Coast: Visakhapatnam’s Rise as a Hub for Global Capability Centres,” developed in collaboration with the Government of Andhra Pradesh and ANSR. The Summit also witnessed the launch of India’s first State Quantum Computing Policy, alongside announcements highlighting the State’s growing investments in IT/GCC talent, electronics manufacturing clusters, and coastal industrial corridors, reinforcing Andhra Pradesh’s rising leadership in next-generation technologies and industrial growth.

At the Exhibition Pavilion, Primus Partners showcased an immersive GCC Experience Center designed to introduce potential investors to the Visakhapatnam ecosystem. The pavilion featured clickable digital maps highlighting available, occupied and allotted land parcels across Andhra Pradesh, a 3D physical model of the Amaravati Quantum Valley showcasing the Quantum Computing Centre and Quantum Towers, and full 3D-rendered visuals of the entire Amaravati Quantum Valley master plan. Interactive robots representing key sectors provided policy highlights, testimonials, and essential investor information, complemented by handout cards with QR codes offering instant access to curated investor packs. Additionally, Primus Partners presented compelling visuals showcasing the State’s maritime strengths, port capabilities, and coastal assets-underscoring Andhra Pradesh’s strategic importance to India’s logistics landscape.
Taken together, the Summit reflected the State’s accelerated journey toward building a competitive, innovation-driven economy, with Primus Partners enabling evidence-based strategy and on-ground delivery.
