Driving Digital Transformation: A Comprehensive IT Roadmap for Trade Promotion

In response to the need for a comprehensive digital transformation, we supported the national trade promotion organization in enhancing operational efficiency and augmenting revenue streams.  We developed a comprehensive IT roadmap to guide the organization’s transition into a digital landscape. This involved implementing IT solutions to create a centralized knowledge base, streamline documentation, automate manual processes (especially for registering exhibitors and sellers), and integrate an ERP system with other applications. The transformation improved operational efficiency and positioned the organization for sustainable growth.
